After restocking the trunk and getting focused, everyone’s favorite party group is back. “TRUNK DRANK” with a new album for 2013 “LOUD MUSIC IN THE PARKING LOT!!!” From the title alone you already know what you’re about to get into, so buckle up and prepare for the ride. Picking up right where they left off these guys didn’t stray too far from the last album, with production from legendary INKONE, BOAC of the Sky Walkers, Philip Treezy, MACLANE from Rec League, and the Yole Master himself FATEES this album is deemed to be a underground hit.
With the first single ” We Got That” produced by BOAC the tone is set for all partiers ready to get their GURP on. This is the perfect track to play at a function, with Heavy 808 Slap and Classic Trunk Drank Lyrics you can’t help but get the urge to get it crack’n!!!
Other tracks that stick out are “TD in the Building” produced by INKONE this upbeat electro boom bap introduction lets you know that Trunk Drank is back and hasn’t missed a step. As previously mentioned underground legends, BOAC and Sunspot Jonz, have teamed up to form the group Skywalkers. They recently completed their album have decided to bless us with a 3 song leak adding to the already high anticipation for the groups debut. The leaked songs do not dissapoint, the great chemistry between two has them sounding rejuvenated and at the top of their game. The album will be available starting March 30th at the Paid Dues festival in a limited edition cd with cover art by Z-MAN and will hit itunes April 16th with 2 bonus songs.
