TOPR – “I Shouldn’t Have Left You” feat. DJ Quest ( New Single)

Although the scene may have changed in the 7 years since TopR has released a new track, his aggressive, hell-raising style has not. His latest leak, I Shouldn’t Have Left You, is a testament to his return to hip hop.

Luke Sick of Grand Killa Con reminisces on the first time he met TopR:

“I heard the words, “I represent beer!” commence an off-the-top rhyme rant that blasted out the PA system at a Stanford University coffee house on open mic night. Those three words were immediately more in tune with the lifestyle I was living right then than any of the other backpacker raps I heard that night. Later, when I asked DJ Marz to introduce us, TopR was barely paying attention because he was too busy using his lighter to set dozens of  fliers on a wall-sized cork board ablaze. This is while we were still inside the cafe, mind you. As a crowd began to form and the smoke began to rise, TopR immediately yelled at a particularly curious female, “Stop eyeballin’ me sweetheart! I’m way out of your league! Fuck this lame ass shit…” And with that said, he broke through the doors and went blind drunk into the night, literally leaving the flames of hell raised in his wake.”

Look for Lord TopR to drop his new album soon on Drumdealer Music in association with Gurp City.
