Last year around this time an essential part Gurp City passed away. Brian (Evil B) Leventon was our bartender and close friend. While most other douchebags were serving party punch and Jager shots to the Greek assholes, Evil B treated us likes we were kings. High powered drinks and pitchers of beer were always waiting for us as soon as we walked in the door. Undeniably one of the coolest cats ever to stand behind a bar in Chico, and an all around good friend who would sacrafice anything to help a friend in need. It’s a shame you had to pass homie, I still think about you every time I watch an A’s game or stare at a glass of whiskey (which has been alot lately.) Gurp City will never be the same without you B. The Gurp City family has expanded soo much over the years but only the true OGs can claim All-Star status if they happened to be one of the fortunate few to have been served by you.
Brian, you are truly missed any will never be forgotten.
