yo, max ! thanks for playin’ hella gurp city tunes as of late, by the way… you’re a great example of our new mantra: support, support, support! sorry if I didn’t notice you’ve been playin em the whole time… and to those who want to perpetrate: keep the hate at the back gate, only gurp city appreciaters and celebraters in the front ya chumps… I know that’s right!

Word Luke, thanks for the shine. This last show was particularly heavy on the Gurp vibe, but I try to play at least one Gurp City-related track in each show.
In my mind, all the music this crew is creating is worthy of being played along side of anything from Jive, Quannum, Def Jux, Def Jam, Atlantic, Rawkus, Rap-A-Lot or anyone else putting out rap music. So I try to make that point every week, even if it is subtle.
